El Andalous Lounge & Spa Hotel Marrakesh

During our recent stay at El Andalous Lounge & Spa, we were impressed with the central location, with the Medina and Menara mall just a short walk away. The comfortable and quiet rooms provided a peaceful sanctuary amidst the bustling city. We enjoyed spending time by the lovely pool and in the beautiful garden. the private parking was a convenient feature.

We stayed at this venue and loved it. Being located in a lovely area, we felt safe and secure throughout our stay. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, as they offered room service, bicycle and car hire, and even tours/ticket assistance. The room amenities were outstanding, including air conditioning, a balcony, flat-screen TV, and electric kettle. We particularly enjoyed the spa centre, which featured a sauna, massage, and beauty treatment.

Although we highly recommend this hotel, we did experience a small issue with the staff. We witnessed a waiter moaning about the previous tip they received, which made us feel uncomfortable.

The stay here was wonderful at the hotel. The restaurant was good in the local area here, I had amazing dishes. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, I also enjoyed having a mini fridge bar, climate control and an individual safe.

The property was clean, featured nice design, I enjoyed it.

I loved this hotel! Everything was spot on. The room size was great, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pool and garden area. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly during breakfast and the concierge service. The location was fantastic, as it was within walking distance of many of the main attractions and just a few minutes away from the mall.

I had a very pleasant stay in a long time. The property was clean and staff was attentive. The food was outstanding, I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Warm drinks at wine bar, GOOD service.

Gorgeous breakfast with plenty of options, pleasant and fairly clean place. Decent room, extremely comfy bed, amicable staff.

Amazing breakfast with fresh juices, omelette, and traditional Moroccan dishes. Great location near the airport, city center, monuments, and the Menera Mall. Helpful and professional staff who ensured a clean room and met our needs. Surprisingly, a heated pool during winter, although we didn't get the chance to use it

Felt like part of the family, no complaints.

Friendly staff, great pool area and amazing massage at the SPA. Reasonable prices, close to a shopping mall and attractions, easy walk to the medina. Delicious lunch, dinner, and decent breakfast. Good location, with helpful workers opening doors and assisting with luggage. Close to the airport for late arrivals.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with many tourist sites within walking distance. You can easily walk to Menara shopping mall for essentials or to a nearby mall with lots of restaurants. the hotel is conveniently located near a local supermarket where you can grab items for just €1. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with attentive service from the staff. The breakfast offers a variety of delicious options, including an omelette station where you can customize your omelette to your liking. the hotel provides Handy phones in each room, making it easy to navigate the city and stay connected during your stay.

The wifi in certain areas of the hotel could be improved, as it fluctuates in its reliability.

The hotel's location was excellent, close to Menara Mall and Koutobia mosque. The swimming pool and facilities for children were great, with free indoor golf and table tennis. The breakfast had a good selection and the phone gadget in the room was useful for local information and entertainment. The staff were friendly, promptly fixing any issues.
